Method 1: Find Gmail password through the official

Step 1: Go to your browser and search Gmail sign-in page. Enter your email address and continue.

And if due to any reason, you do not have access to the recovery email, you will have to choose "try another way to sign in". In the end, Gmail will ask you for an email address that you have access to, and they will verify from their end. There is very little assurance that you will recover your account using this route.
