Step 1: Launch Wondershare Dr.Fone

If your Android device keeps on rebooting when you are trying to install a new ROM, put your device in "Recovery Mode". You can do so by pressing the "Volume +", "Home" and "Power" buttons simultaneously. You will be able to see a menu list; use the "Volume" buttons to scroll up and down the menu. Find "Advanced" and select "Wipe Dalvik Cache". Return to the main screen and select "Wipe Cache Partition" then "Wipe Data/Factory Reset". This will delete all of your settings and apps.
